This tip outlines best practices to use in employing SFXCL. This tip discusses how to "lock down" user SFTP access to a specific folder with the "Use single virtual root" option. The folder can be a single destination for all users, or may be a home directory for each user. The structure of the file system may be exposed to the user or concealed, as you determine. Tiling lets you view your sessions in a single window at the same time, which is useful for comparing session contents. This variant of the VShell server provides a secure file transfer option using the FTP protocol in which all data sent or received can be protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and TLS- (Transport Layer Security) based encryption.
