Although I have the global option "Upload when file is saved
in the editor" set, the file doesn't get uploaded when I save it. Why?
Some editors, such as Microsoft Word, lock the file so that it cannot be read
by other applications while it is being edited. In these cases, SecureFX has
to wait until the file is closed before it can be uploaded.
