Can VShell® be exported outside the United States?

VShell is under export control as a strong encryption product by the U.S. Department of Commerce. VShell can be exported under the ENC export license exemption to customers in member states of the European Union (EU) and Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, and Switzerland. Outside the EU and eight other countries, VShell may be exported to non-government users only.
