After evaluating VShell® 2.3 and returning to 2.2 for a while, I'm having trouble authenticating with a 2.3 update. Why?
Some users have reported having problems when they installed VShell 2.3.x over a 2.2.x installation, gone back to using 2.2.x for a while, and then tried to update to 2.3. In this situation, VShell unselects all of the allowed authentication methods that were configured in the Method window of the Authentication category on the VShell Control Panel. To fix this, all you need to do is reselect your allowed authentication methods in the Control Panel applet.
