I need to transfer files securely with simple drag and drop

SecureFX® gives you the strong security you need and the simple drag-and-drop usability your end users want. Establish a secure connection with a mouse click and then drag and drop files to and from your local machine and the server.

Simple, intutive drag-and-drop to transfer filesSecureFX offers quick synchronize to make it easy to keep your local machine and the server in synch.

With SecureFX, keeping files synchronized between your local computer and a remote server requires only a few simple steps. In the Quick Synchronize dialog, select a local folder, the remote server you wish to synchronize with and the method you'd like to use (upload only, download only, or mirror) to synchronize the files. All it takes is one click of the mouse on the Quick Synchronize toolbar button!

SecureFX, like all VanDyke Software secure products, uses the Secure Shell protocol to provide three essential security features:

  • Robust Authentication: The user and the host are authenticated when a session is opened, preventing server spoofing with forged credentials or DNS hijacking. A variety of authentication methods including encrypted passwords, public key, and X.509 digital certificates can be used singly or in combination.
  • Strong Encryption: Secure Shell uses a wide variety of ciphers including TwoFish, BlowFish, and the current U.S. government standard AES, with key lengths up to 256 bits.
  • Data Integrity: Every packet of data sent in a Secure Shell session has a Message Authentication Code (MAC) attached that eliminates the possibility of forged or altered data.
