I live outside the United States. Can I legally download and buy a copy of VShell, SecureCRT, or SecureFX?

Yes. VShell, SecureCRT, and SecureFX are now available for download and purchase outside the U.S. and Canada under the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security regulations concerning strong encryption software. There are some restrictions on export to sanctioned countries and denied parties, or countries where commerce is limited under U.S. trade sanctions.
